The CNPetro-Paste 4kg is a 100% solid-content marine petrolatum paste engineered as the primary corrosion-inhibiting primer layer for the CNPetro anti-corrosion system. Formulated with water-displacing additives, passivating agents, and flow-control compounds, it is specifically designed for direct application to wet, damp, and even submerged steel surfaces.
Unlike conventional primers that require dry, blasted surfaces, CNPetro-Paste utilizes hydrophobic petrolatum chemistry to physically displace water from the substrate on contact, enabling underwater application without cofferdam construction or dewatering operations.
