In order to ensure proper application, it is essential that the volume solution temperature is kept above 5 ℃. Additionally, the application temperature should be carried out at a temperature of 5 ℃ or above.

For best results, it is recommended to apply a thin coat of paste to threads, cavities, shoulders, pits and other irregularities.

In areas with uneven surfaces, such as flanges and valves, it is necessary to stuff mastic into cavities. This mastic should be molded and packed into irregularities to ensure that bridging and voids are eliminated.

When applying petrolatum tape, it is important to wrap it tightly around the surface. This will help to ensure that the tape adheres properly.

To provide external protection from mechanical damages and to better isolate from air, it is recommended to use PVC tape in addition to the petrolatum tape.
