PileCoat system provides corrosion protection for steel,concrete,timer structures in the splash and tide zones. The Products are most widely used for marine pipelines, risers and pilings’ anti-corrosion protection projects. The system protect the substrate against water,oxygen,salts, acids,caustics,and mechanical damage. The system accommodates piles with cylindrical sections,it is comprised of an interior anticorrosive barrier of marine grade petrolatum paste and tape,and outer protective cover provided by a HDPE jacket. The tough HDPE outer jacket is secured with SS316 stainless bolts through a simple hydraulic system. The jackets also have excellent long term UV stability. The system has service lives of over 30 years.
